Need for Speed movie coming in 2014


THE Need for Speed movie will be released in 2014, DreamWorks and Electronic Arts have announced.
The film, which has been written by George and John Gatins, will be fast-tracked into production early next year.Act of Valour co-director Scott Waugh will take the reins in what is being described as a “fast-paced and high-octane” picture.
The film will not be based on a specific game, although it will stay true to the franchise while paying homage to the car movies of the 1970s. DreamWorks chairman Steven Spielberg said: “I’m excited about getting back into the creative trenches with John and George Gatins and my partners at EA to bring to life an exhilarating script based on an epic video game that seems to have been made for the movies.
“This is a big piece of business for DreamWorks and we are grateful to Frank Gibeau, Pat O’Brien, Kevin Maher and John and George for choosing us to deliver their goods.”  


Billa 2 Release date

Billa II is an upcoming Indian Tamil gangster-thriller film directed by Chakri Toleti. It is a prequel to the 2007 film Billa and would focus on how David,
an ordinary man from the coastal regions of South Tamil Nadu, becomes Billa, a dreaded underworld don, with Ajith Kumar reprising the role of the titular character.
 Supporting roles are essayed by Parvathy Omanakuttan, Bruna Abdullah, Vidyut Jamwal and Sudhanshu Pandey, all of whom make their debut in Tamil cinema.
The film's soundtrack and background score were composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, while R. D. Rajasekhar handled the cinematography and Suresh Urs worked as the editor.
